This Chenin Blanc opens with inviting aromas of fresh apple, ripe pear, and a hint of pineapple, giving the nose a bright and expressive character.

On the palate, the pear notes take the lead, o?ering a smooth and juicy core of flavour. A subtle honeyed undertone gently rounds out the fruit, contributing a delicate sweetness that never overwhelms. Other	The Chenin Blanc was hand picked in the early morning and left in the cold-room overnight. The grapes were destemmed and crushed the next day into a stainless-steel tank. The juice was allowed to settle for 24 hours. It was then put into barrel and was fermented in barrel and left on the lees. The wine aged for 10 months before it was bottled.
